Pole dance is a flourishing field which brings together dance techniques and elements of pole acrobatics. Based on the relative number of dance or gymnastic moves, we can differentiate between pole dance and pole fitness. Even though the dancers wear scant clothes, pole dance has nothing to do with striptease or anything vulgar.
